Phone freeze on T-Mobile Screen, what can I do?

Phone freze on T-Mobile Screen

HI everyone. I came to this forum for try to find a solution to the problem on my phone. The phone is a LG Optimus L90 and it was working fine until 3 days ago.

If I turn on the phone the LG Logo take about 10 seconds or more in change to my carrier logo company T-Mobile. And then nothing else. I can't do a Hard reset. When the hard reset start The Android image disappear after 3 seconds and the phone restart again.

The battery is fine. I charge it yesterday until 90%. The phone let me see how was the charging status. But I can't find any physical buttons combination who help me to clear the cache, if this model allow that.

In my opinion the phone become unusable after a very important update was unsuccessfully downloaded and applied.

I want to know wish physical buttons combinations can let me clear cache or made some adjustments

Welcome to Android Central! Non-Nexus LG phones don't allow the user to clear the cache partition. Did you mean that you were able to do a factory reset from the Recovery Menu? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-14202

No, I can't do a factory reset. The process stop after 3 seconds and the phone restart again.

I would suspect a hardware problem. Is the phone still under warranty?
