Why isn't my MMS working - LG L22C StraitTalk?

MMS not working - LG L22C StraitTalk

I've tried the default messenger, hangouts, and textra and group messages and pictures will not work. I've tried changing APN settings and that didn't fix it either. It does work when I'm on wireless though Any help would be appreciated.

According to Straighttalk support, you need to update your data settings. They offered this link:
