Help resetting T-Mobile myTouch Q
I've been trying to hard reset my MyTouch Q (c800). All the directions I've found say press the Power/Lock key + (querty) A + (querty) F + volume down buttons simultaneously to reset the phone, but this never works. I've tried - no joke - at least 50 times. I've called LG product support. I've taken it to a T-Mobile store. All have the same directions that do not work. The phone is locked (too many pattern attempts) and is asking for a google login that I don't have - long story. I can't get in to turn on USB debugging, so I can't get any of the ADB options to work. Does anyone have any idea how to reset this phone? thanks.
