I feel like a n00b, but this should be simple.

I go into PC suit IV

I select YES to new software,
I select YES to backup the phone first,
Then the next UPDATE button doesn't work. shrug

The other thing is it doesn't synch OUTLOOK14 - it says it has not been set as the default mail client... but I have! shrug

Where on the phone is the actual contacts file?
