Can anyone help,

I have a LG Optimus LP-500 and cannot connect it to the LG PC suite.

It has only happened since I upgraded the software for both phone and LG PC suite .

Do I need a different driver, it connects but after trying to transfer contacts/messages its telling me that phone/device not responding.

Any info would most appreciated, its just about done my head in.

Hi UncleBob, I certainly can't help you as I don't even have an Android phone yet, but I think you might have better luck getting an answer if you post in a forum that pertains to your device. I did a quick Google search and found this forum where folks might be able to give you the info you need: or this one,perhaps:
