How do i connect LG p970 Black to pc

Hi All,

Hi I am new to this got my LG Optimus black the other day have downloaded drivers and lg pc sync i am not able to connect it to my pc the only option i am gettint is turn on USB mass storage..... I have been into phone settings and can not find were to turn on the pc sync

Please can someone help me i been searching all day for a forum or help on this.

I don't even have an Android phone yet (LG Optimus V and LG Optimus Black are at the top of my list) so I can't help you with this, but here are several links where you should be able to find the information you need:

Tap "Turn on USB Mass storage device" on the phone. Open the LG PC Suite on your computer. From the Suite menu, select connect, then click USB.

turn the "usb debugging" mode on if you want to sync any data with lg suite

Have found no joy in any of these... PC Suite? have heard of it but when I connected my cell for the first time there was nothing... I resort to taking the sd card out and putting that straight into my PC... bit of a pain but its easy.... but just using the cable by better... Is there a download( without catches) for PC suite?

u can find the PC suite in the SD card when u buy the phone .. if u didnt found it .. tell me and i will upload it to u .. thank u

Hi Thread Starter,

Please kindly install a PC Suite on your PC. Connect your phone with the USB cable, and you will need to change your phone display to stay longer (it turn off 30 seconds or 1 minutes). Start your PC Suite, and click connect, you will be prompt step by step to connect your Optimus Black with your PC. You will be request to backup all your file before you update your phone software.

P/S: Remember do make sure your phone screen do not turn off during checking for software update. The best thing to do is make sure your screen do not turn off so fast (at least 5 minutes and above, else connection lost).

P/S: Proceed to to download for driver.
