Has anyone else experienced the issue when typing on the new Optimus where it will skip back to the beginning of the sentence in the middle of typing a word? Better question, does anyone know why this happens or how to fix it?

To fix it:

Settings>Applications>ManageApps>All>AndroidKeyboard(or whatever keyboard your using)>and select clear data.

I have an issue after ICS update where the keyboard pops up whenever I click on an SMS to read it, either in the messaging app or notification window, then I always have to close the keyboard just to read my message and it's irritating.

I am using SwiftKey.

Edit: Switched to Chomp SMS message app. Problem solved.
