com.android.vending force close

google play opens but when i touch an app it says com.android.vending force closed

This phone doesn't have any custom ROMs, right? So, you're running straight stock. Go into Settings > Applications > Google Play Store, and tap 'Clear Cache', and 'Uninstall Updates'. Reboot, open the Play Store, let it update, and try again.
