I recently upgraded from the Samsung Captivate to the Optimus G. I frequently use Simeji ( Japanese Keyboard) but also like using the LG keyboard. With the Captivate I could just hold down the text box and the "input method" option would pop up. With the Optimus G, I only get "paste". I dont like the idea of having to go to the settings every time to switch between the two. Is there a shortcut that allows me to switch between keyboards????

When the keyboard is open, pull the notification bar down. You should see select input method.
