For some reason when I pull my notification tray down my Wifi comes on I seldom use it and it's been draining my battery. Is there a way to turn the toggle off or is that something built into the software. I'm stock ics

If wifi is coming on without you choosing it, go into settings, click More, then Mobile Networks, and then Connection Optimizer. Turn it off and your wifi will stop randomly turning on.

Thanks did a restart and the problem corrected itself probably should have started with that.
