reorganize memory?

First year I never wanted for memory with my G. At some point though I began to run out of memory and no amount of uninstalls would get me back to how it once was. I had an Optimus S that froze up and had to be factory reset. Everything reinstalled and voila, no more memory problems. Is there something short of reset to accomplish the same thing on my G ?

Use clean master or something like it to clean random junk(not personal files). Also use an external SD card if u get the att version. Every so often Uninstall apps u don't use. Also titanium backup backs up everything in an app. U do need root for it though
