Hello, this is my first post so please be gentle 
I have an LG Optimus G E971 that just shutdown and now will not start again. It's dead dead dead, nothing happens, no lights, anywhere. When I plug the phone into the charger I do not get any response (no charge light or anything).
I've tried taking the battery out and putting it back in, still no change.
Any ideas?
I'd love to get this phone working again, but at a minimum how can I get my contacts and photos off the phone??
So please if you can help me get it booted that would be number 1. Otherwise if you could let me know if there is anyway to get my pictures off that would be second best.
