LG Optimus L5 clockworkmod infinite loop

I have LG Optimus L5 E610 and I tried to update my android, but I get stuck in Clockworkmod Recovery v6.0.2.8 and I cant turn my phone on its entering CWM recovery for infinite times. Can someone help me ?

I tried to do system update but when it rebooted my phone get loopbooted.
And what is sbf file ? :-|

Sbf (depending on what brand. Not sure for lg) is a stock image you can flash over the bootloop and make it like new.

that's pretty much a cardinal sin in the android world. Sometimes tlyou can use titanium backup and voodoo to keep root but you should always remove the custom recovery. you'll have to reinstall the stock file and try again. You should be able to google return optinus l5 to stock and find the process to reinstall the whole os

Here is the link to flash the stock firmware back onto your phone. You can then take the update and reroot and unlock. Good luck
