Fork the repository, submit a pull request and I'll merge the new kernel in. Use pull requests for any future updates as well.

Awesome, will do. Can you contact me on Google Talk? I've got an MMS fix but it might break stuff, there may be another way. (forum username) AT gmail DOT com

Re: [Kernel][CM7] XioniaRedux 2.6.32.33 07232011

The longer I'm running this kernel, the more impressed I am with it. Haha.

I'm running ath3nos' CM7 build, phone has been overclocked to 787 since yesterday with no problems, and battery life is great. Took the phone off the charger more than 5 hours ago, and with HARD use (wifi, downloading and running games, facebook/G+, and Tapatalk for about 2 to 3 hours straight) I'm still at about 65% battery.

In my experience with this phone and Gingerbread...that's impressive. LOL

No biggie I flashed it anyway lol. Using on cm7. I'm gonna charge my phone and see how she holds. Of course no kaboom lol. Thank God there's people smarter than me. Thanks Drew.

Re: [Kernel][CM7] XioniaRedux 2.6.32.33 07232011

Just wanted to report my results with this kernel.
flashed it. Charged to 100, wiped battery stats. After 6 hours with moderate usage I have about 65 percent battery.
Going to completely discharge on battery power and charge it again to get more reliable stats.

I have noticed that running this kernel sometimes causes my phone to become jittery/slow while playing a game I aways played while on this rom. It never had this issue before flashing this kernel. It seems to happen while playing a game and I receive a text. Before I get the notification, the graphics will slow down for about 15 to 30 seconds and the notification will happen sometime in the middle of that time. I'm not sure what to attribute the issue to, just wanted to point out the differences I have noticed since flashing this kernel.

Seems great otherwise! Thanks for your work. I will continue to report anything I notice.

Are you overclocking at all? (I'm guessing not)

i hope this isn't a stupid question but are you recommending overclock. Would that improve performance?

Overclocking can improve performance, but usually at the cost of some battery life. It's possible that one of zefie's many earlier patches/hacks is affecting this but if that is the case, it could be quite difficult to track down.

To be honest though, I've had that issue with all CM7 builds, regardless of the kernel used.
