Never figured it out. Tried OS Monitor but it seemed the only offending program eating up CPU cycles was the monitor itself.
I flashed the other ROM (http://forum.androidcentral.com/lg-o...right-jit.html) that enabled JIT and HW accel but left everything at stock and that works pretty well enough for me with scores around 1000 on the quadrant. - 12-03-2010, 05:18 AM

Even though I have the T, I was able to convert your theme from this over, so thanks for that, my phone looks much better now.

Beezy, ksmith, do either one of u support the use of an OC right now in addition to this rom? I like that the rom comes without one so we have the option of not using it but was wondering if there was an OC that either one of u had tried and could say worked well with this rom and with what settings...
Thanks again guys for all the hard work u have already put into this - 12-03-2010, 12:32 PM #282
To Beezy and KsmithinNY: Thanks for all of the hard work, you've taken an already solid phone and made it even better with each release just improving on the greatness.
Thank You, - 12-03-2010, 01:01 PM #283
quick question guys:
I already have thunderrom and i am going to upgrade tonight.
Is there any way I can at least back up my applications? I have angry bird and radiant hd saved and I dont want to start the two games all over again
Please tell me there is some sort of back up program that wont mess up my phone.
thanks!! - 12-03-2010, 01:08 PM #284
Well as far as I know there is only two guys right now that have made kernels. Which both have done some amazing work. I have ran both of their's kernels and both should work. Just watch how high you try to OC. There is plans to have a custom kernel very soon.
As for settings i really haven't messed around with getting settings yet. I run stock speeds and have one profile set for screen off 122min/245max,interactive gov. - 12-03-2010, 01:48 PM #285

I used titanium backup sucessfully. What you have to do is run it and backup your apps + app data. Then you wipe, flash, download titanium backup from market place and run the restore of apps + apps data only. you can do it in batch mode or just select the apps you want restored

awesome kalex!
I think someone here said they had an issue with the sd card apps being moved to the phone after using titanium backup?
Should i format my sd card as well? - 12-03-2010, 02:41 PM

Thats very kind of you and our preference is actually no. It's fine that you did your individual implimentation of it but we'd prefer it not be publically distibuted. The good news is i just got word we have the system dump we need for the ThundeROM for the Optimus T so keep and eye out.
Thanks again for being kind enough to ask and don't worry, we'll take care of you guys SOON

Oh my god. It works! it all works!!! 1003 on Quadrant. I don't even know what that means because I've only owned this phone for 4 hours!!
You guys rock, thanks.
(Also, in my excitement I forgot to do any wiping before installing ThundeROM....turns out it runs REALLY slow and glitchy if you do so, lol) - 12-04-2010, 01:24 AM #292
Thank you for an awesome ROM, devs. nuff respeK+!

Where is the wallpaper image stored? I'm trying to find it so I can save it on my card in case I want to go back to it.
This is the one I'm talking about:

Can't wait to have the Kernels working good, tried to use the one already posted but laggy at first, and a lot of hiccups, thanks for the rom.

So just to be clear, would installing this cause me to lose my texts, saved history, etc., or does it somehow use the nandroid backup to restore these things?
