Also noticed while charging through USB to comp. the soft key buttons on the bottom of the phone don't shut off.

That and when they do shut off, they stay off. Won't come back on.

Yeah. Had to pull the battery out.

EDIT: It seems to work now. I went into Settings-Call Settings and checked the "Always Use Proximity" and it's all good. I am an idiot if I missed this tip in this thread. My bad.

diggin this..btw. which most prob know already....installing rom with ROM MANAGER (clockwork) works.(using feature install from sdcard) .however just need to still wipe date/cache...(however of course need to be using Xionia CWMA ..
