Google Voice
Apparently I am now a Google Voice user... how do I disable email notifications? I went into settings and unchecked inbox notifications, but it appears that when you do that, you also no longer get a pop up?? Or am I not understanding this correctly? Wouldn't be the first time. Thanks.

Most of the settings are done via logging into your account on a computer. Go to google.com/voice and look for a settings icon

Re: Google Voice
I use the text notifications setting. Turn off inbox sync.

Re: Google Voice
I don't want either one. I just want a pop up in my notification bar on my phone saying I have a vm. Simplicity at it's finest.

If you are like who turns off data occasionally to save battery, I have text notification on. Google voice does not work without data enabled.
