Went to Shell ROM.ReBorn issues.

Not sure why but rebirn has been real laggy lately. Somstimes waiting a few seconds for the phone to catch up. Did a full data wipe in Xionia recovery and tried to flash reborn 2.2.3 and it force clised on me at unlock. Then boitlocked on the next flash. 2.2.2dud flash ok and i have a nandroid backup of that. Zo giving Shell 2.1 a try. Miss the roaming apk. The 1.1 version says LG hidden menu. Any way to get the reborn version?

I was having the same problem and Nick7 helped me fix it in the Reborn thread. The Smartass governor doesn't work for some people. You need to download SetCPU or NoFrills CPU Controller from the market and change the governor to "on demand".

Actually, I had the same problem, so I got setCPU and let it auto detect and then left the default settings (smartass, 245, 748 no profiles) and set it to "set on boot" and then rebooted. Ever since then, it's been running great for me and it's been on smartass governor.

You could try giving Ath3nos' CM7 a try? It's super speedy, and runs Android 2.3.4, so it's the latest version. I personally like it a lot. But if you want to stick to FroYo, that's cool as well haha.

Yeah exactly. Before you flash CM7, just make a Nandroid, to save your FroYo. If you don't like CM7, just do a Nandroid Restore, and you're solid!
