need help uninstalling clockworkmod

i need help removing clockworkmod from my phone cause it installed cm7 just fine then went back to stock then i installed pica-sticks kernel just fine with stock rom the problem is it wont install themes or roms besides unofficial CM7 for optimus s i use v3.2.0.1
this is the error message i get when i try to flash roms or themes:-\

You should end up with xionia recovery when done...

My tool installs custom recoveries go with xionia like basketthis said

Just to make sure, you removed flash_image from the RAR file right? Be sure to extract it, don't just put the zip on your SD card.

Make sure you're typing the command line right and it should work...

yah people have been getting that error but as for now download this extract it and put it on the root of your sdcard
