I did, it runs pretty fast, I was just looking for some info about how the govs run.

Interactivex and smartass2 IMO differ slightly! The performance is higher with these. On demand is better for battery life. I use interactivex.

I've been running Drew's CM7 for a long time now. After reading all of the good things about this ROM I'm going to give it a shot.

thekraven, thank you much for keeping up with this one. The Optimus S is the wolf in sheep's clothing, it just needs a little tweaking to get it running at peak performance. I'm going to flash this one now, after a couple of days of use I'll get back here and comment of how it runs on my device.

I tried to find google earth in the market and it does not show up. I went to the website and it said it was not compatible with my device. Then I found the APK file and installed it, it force closed. Is google earth not compatible with this ROM?

I think our processor is not up to their requirements. It says "
This app is incompatible with your Sprint LGE LG-LS670. "

Just switched over from Drews to try this out. So far it seems to run fairly smooth. Any plans on making a flashable zip for center clock on the notification bar?

I also just switched from Drew's to this CM7. It has only been a day but so far it's nice and smooth. Thank you much for keeping up with this!

The only thing that I have noticed is that the option under CyanogenMod settings to silence the camera shutter sound does not work.

After some more searching I came up with this from a post at XDA:
" Smartassv2 is a rewrite of the older smartass and it is supposedly more efficient in battery life. InteractiveX adds locking the CPU at the minimum frequency when the screen is off to improve battery life."

On iho v3 it locked but on v3.1 its fine!

Its better than xioniaredux! I can overclock to 844mhz while on xionia I could go only to 825mhz. It's the the best kernel I've used so far.

9/25/11 New 9-25-2011 build. Includes Bobzhome's 3.1 kernel. Gps and memory tweaks. A few surprises. Camera shutter sound on/off fixed. New bootanimation. Latest CM7 sync.

Link in the first post. I will add BAREBONES build later.

Super! Thanks, thekraven! Would someone mind testing whether the Sprint VVM app on this ROM can receive voice sms from another phone? I've heard VVM works for voicemail, but I couldn't get it to work on my phone for voice sms using this ROM. Messages sent to myself seemed to play back fine, but voice sms received from another phone didn't work.

Thank you. I appreciate it. My wife uses this feature to send me messages so I can't use any ROM where it doesn't work. (If you really want to go the extra mile, PM me with your phone number and I'll try sending you a voice sms to see if it works. It seems to works fine running Reborn).

Bluetooth works for me once again.

I was running 9/2 with the IHO kernel, wiped cache but no factory, then flashed 9/25 and gapps. Everything seems to be good to go with my plantronics headset working just fine.
