And I was wondering how to find out what my default were or how high I should stop at etc

I am running your mom Rom with gingerkernel v 08

I think when I first fired nofrills my max was 600 and my min was maybe 425

Just trying to figure out all these apps ha-ha
thanks

Open no frills and it should say on the left side what the current limit is set to and what is running.

I got 787/200. No problems so far, no battery drain either.

Well those were the numbers I saw the first time I opened it, 600\245

I obviously have an Olympus s optimus s, then with the mom and the gingerkernel8
what are some good areas to stick around with?
I see the highest I can go is 864 and lowest is 122

I'd imagine I shouldn't play in those zones lol
I just don't want to harm my phone but still delve into this stuff

I usually keep mine set at 748/200 just to keep my phone snappy but not drain battery too much. But it's all about what you want it to be, the beauty of android.

I keep mine set at 748/320. I notice higher battery drain if i go higher and it wakes up sluggish sometimes if if i set the low below 320. But the best way is to just see what works best for you. I work in low signal areas alot so it is very important to milk every extra minute on my battery life.

It depends on the rom / kernel and your phone, I'm running the latest GRom with Gingerkernel v 08. My phone is stable is max 825 but with YourMomRom with GK V08 I'm only stable at 806.

If I turn on the phone and it feels slow to start, but smooths out, I usually raise the MIN...if it's just slow in general I raise the MAX...different governors affect stuff too. I run on 122/806 personally.
