I know in Linux you can use a bunch of different commands to get hardware info is there a command we can run in terminal emulator to do the same?

Yea, same here. I also tried LGNPST and CDMA workshop. It all lists it as zeros.
My vista build can't run it, but I have DFS explorer as well on another machine. That seems to access more info. I'll try that later.
Something has to read board level electronics outside of the manufacturer.
On a side note: I'm running 15f and when I installed the zipalign addition my Gmail went blank. I reflashed again and didn't do it and it worked fine.

Re: [ROM]COLD AS ICE-CM9 Sprint LS670 6/26 ZVD basesband Alpha16
I thought I would do a little test. I was curious why the tdm nightlies were working, but not CAI. I thought it might just be something else in the CAI build that changed enough to cause issues. I booted up into a15f, made a nandroid, then installed the a16 audio fix patch. I got the same results as if I had installed 16c+, I boot to Cid, and stay there.
So I opened up audio fix zip and compared the files in /system/lib/hw with what tdm has, and I found two files missing from CAI. I added them to the audio fix zip. That didn't work either.

So I noticed on 16e that if I'm listening to music and I get a text message that the music will go through the speaker for a couple seconds along with the notification sound. Kinda bad when I'm trying to listen to music in bed and scare the crap out of my husband lol.
Wasn't this fixed on earlier builds? I can't remember, as I've flashed back to CM7 a couple of times... - 06-29-2012, 11:10 PM #3308

OK..so not sure if this is enough to start with to tell differences but dfs gave me something.
msm rev 0x203E00E1
amss_32_HVR
Give that program a try for anyone who has 16 working....I read at the amss was different on same models and had to have different versions of roms installed. The wrote into the code to check amss version and install the correct rom accordingly. It saved on space for the hosting site. But made a bit bigger rom since it included stuff not everyone needed.

I'm wondering if I've screwed something up... Installed 16e, and I'm periodically getting fc's on things like google play...

Wiped dalvik cache and dirty flashed 16 yesterday. Speaker phone worked, big THANKS.
Headset mic and built in tether working would make this rom perfect in my standards.
I love seeing ANDROID IS UPDATING on first boot; been waiting for that screen since I bought an android powered phone years ago
Any word on the "allow any application to be moved to external media" feature being added, or do I just need to run with apps2sdEXT mod?Last edited by jcruckus; 06-30-2012 at 09:37 PM.

So it would seem that upon flashing 16E, it erases my /system partition. Then when I attempt to boot, it just loops at the cyanogen bootlogo. Flashing the zip, then using the advanced restore option to restore my /system partition allows my phone to completely boot up. I will report back with any possible issues this causes such as FCs and whatnot
EDIT 1: First thing noticed is that WiFi will not turn on. No matter how many airplane toggles, reboots, or combinations, it will not work. But mobile data still works
EDIT 2: None of the new audio fixes work. Guess I'm going back to 15 until this gets resolved. Hopefully the erasing /system helpsLast edited by Sdude1200; 07-01-2012 at 01:57 AM.
