The 58 boot img fixes ADB, Wifi, Screen Rot., and Gallery for me, but it has been causing "Clock" to force close when I tap on alarms... anyone else see this?

I'm not sure what the differences are but I'm running 57 with all of the above working and have had no issues with clock force closing, though I do get random reboot. I kinda expected that with it being experimental though.

I have no issues with any of that and I'm on the normal Alpha4 ROM and Gallery, Voice Search, ADB, WiFi, Screen Rotating, etc all work, the only thing I can tell that doesn't work is the Camera but I'm assuming that's a driver issue.

Don't get your hopes up for the camera anytime soon. Kraven and Lupo are amazing, but it's gonna take a while for a working camera to get down the pipeline (simply because there is a WHOLE lot more than just a single driver acting up). Take a look at post 3193 on thread over at xda to get an idea of the scale of the problems they're facing.

Also, I don't know if this is just me, but when I pull up the keyboard in the browser (to log into AC, for example) the browser freezes up.

I know, I wasn't really planning on using the Camera anyway which is the reason I took the dive and flashed to the ROM.

@thekraven: I noticed that too yesterday

I installed a Live Wallpaper and it worked!

Guys, especially leaven, can y'all throw together an offline charging zip based off of CM9? I flashed the one for CM7 thinking it would work with CM9... no luck.

I feel pretty stupid now.

Now, disclaimer time over, the resolution for the optimus s is 320x480. Instructions are included in the OP of this thread. All Credit for making this goes to Akilldema for porting it to our resolution, and 73v1n on the cm team for making it. I take no credit for this work other than mentioning it here in this thread.

Also, after looking at Lupo's cm9 thread over at xda, it seems like the browser issue isn't just with stock (and affects not just the opti s).

EDIT: Tested. Confirmed working. DOES NOT cause borked wifi (as was previously thought)

I seem to notice my clock on the lock screen, as well as the top clock in the status bar doesn't seem to update sometimes...but the clock app itself does stay updated. Anyone else have this problem?

Also my wifi quit working again, but re-flashing the patch file seemed to fix it again

Boot animation can't effect WiFi. They are just simply unrelated.

I'm sorry, but I'm not quite clear. Which is the correct time? The SB Clock, or the Big Clock in the Center Clock?

Not too many updates as alpha4 was based on lupohirp Beta4 folders. Plus their fixes are not exactly public.

The big clock in the center is right...I opened up the clock application. It reads correctly and my alarms go off on time, but often times the clock on the top right (smaller clock) sticks to whenever I last shut my screen off.

Another example; I see a lot of text messages that will say "Sent at 1:05 PM" but the small clock says it's only 1:00....kinda trippy lol.

Please help, kraven. I removed the persist...16bpp line in build.prop, successfully rebooted, and it ain't helping.

It is doing the "rays" thing with EVERYTHING. Please Take a look at my images.

Anything you can think of to fix this??

Can't get vids to play either...
