Alpha 10 is da bomb with the combo of kravens test kernel based off of drews its works pretty and for those who want alpha 10 he's having it be tested (I think) he will pm u when he's ready

In "Settings-->Backup & reset" is Backup account. Is anyone elses greyed out? I should note that this appears to be a gapps problem, so sayeth the xda...

Here's the changelogs for gapps. I wasn't sure of what changed till now.

You could always grab the official gapps, about 50 MB, but it will only install what is needed based on your phone. The majority of the files are for front camera facelock, and I take those out.

edit: also, check to be sure that Voice Search is installed. I don't think it was on mine....

Which build do you use? I found an old 10.2 build that made my phone unusable. Didn't work either.

Alright Kraven, it was hard, but I ignored the PM late last night to get sleep instead. But now here I am. Initial impressions, camera works sweet (thank god the annoying shudder sound was changed in ics). Using your test kernel, which I can't tell a huge difference right now, but things are quite smooth. Not overclocked at all either. Data still solid. FWIW, I'm running a data2ext script and that's working swell. I didn't move my dalvik at all, but seems fine without doing that so far. One thing I notice is the phone speakerphone volume is still crazy quiet - but that's pretty minor. Flashed 4/22 gapps, and the gmail scroll problem isn't here... yet. I'll keep testing things throughout the day, but so far this seems like the best build to date.

Try uninstalling via titanium backup, then install voice search in play

Yeah mine isn't working either, I'm on an optimus s and I have voice search dled. I think my mic in general isn't working, when it comes up its just a Grey circle.

If that were true, you wouldn't be able to make any phone calls. Get titanium root from the market, free version, and uninstall voice search. Then install again from market. Works for me now.

Edit: One other thing to quickly add - I tried a couple barcode scanners from the market and they don't work. Even though camera preview works fine (and taking pictures), hovering over a qr code to scan it doesn't work.
