may i ask why start the first 9 alphas open to all and the tenth the best one by the sounds of it i know it may have errors closed are you kraven making beta soon can i maybe get a link to the alpha 10 if beta is coming ill wait but omg hearing about alpha 10 and the progress youve done gots me excited i got till 2013 to get a new phone so ics will supply for awhile lol

Because it wasn't ready for public consumption. Begging for a link won't help. The whole thing got blown out of proportion once already, so let's not continue the discussion.

sorry again i am a bit new to this site really only joined to pick up the roms as you notice i dont pay attention to alot of the things going on i just download my rom and my kernals and gapps and go so didnt know how all things worked

The problem in this case was that the "private" alpha wasn't very private. A lot of confusion was caused when the new alpha was announced and then the "private testers" began posting their results in a "public" forum. "Bash*t craziness" and "juvie circus" ensued. Quite predictable in hindsight.

As for myself, I'll be content with alpha9 until thekraven is ready to publicly release his work.

That has been a common problem, Kraven mentioned disabling the "Hold the back button to kill apps" feature in the settings...give it a shot!

nice to hear an A10.... I imagine there was a thread on it somewhere but hopefully the results were good. For now, A9 works great. did notice a clock lag once though.

In my case, clock lag happened more often in alpha9 than alpha 10. Let me try disabling the "hold back button to kill apps" feature.

I never changed speaker settings, just headset settings with dsp. I always worried that the speaker was fragile.

Ugh...he is never going to want to release anything else to the public with all this bs going on. It's sad that the rest of us may have to suffer because a couple people can't follow private testing etiquette...

Not that I would blame kraven at all if he didn't want to release anything else. I'm aggravated and it's not even my rom, so I can imagine how he must feel.

Anyway, on topic....are there any apps that work for wireless tethering on this yet? I did search the thread but really came up with only people asking the same and no solid answer. If there isn't it's no biggie, just wondering. Also I apologize if it's been answered and I missed it.
