anyone else having play store issues on a10 3?

What kinds of issues? Play store gets flaky for me every now and then on a9 (error purchasing - even free apps, insufficient storage error when I know I have enough space, etc.). Foce close and clear data usually clears things up for me.

I was getting the 921 error message. I fixed it. had to remove my account from the phone and re-add it.

first impressions of a10t3 is battery seems to go faster went from 100% to 55% in 3 hours no more use than t2 some time period would be at about 70% didn't have either over clocked. omg does wifi fly on fb local news site ect but last few days noticed AC takes forever to load on my phone. like the new notification drop down icons. lock screen short cuts work great minus having the icons. as of yet no Gmail sync issues. will report later today with after using more.

Test 3....initial impressions, pretty much the same as test 2.

Played around with the lockscreen shortcuts, noticed that the icons don't appear, but the shortcuts work. Everything's still smooth. Haven't tested BT yet. I'll let you guys know if the audio profile bug that i mentioned earlier is still there.

EDIT: I did however notice that the notification toggles have a very subtly different appearance

Ways I tried to fix my "Package File is Invalid" error in Google Play Store:

• remove and re-add Google account
• force close Play Store, clear app cache and data

None of them worked.

Also, they don't address the complete inability of any other method (AppBrain Market + Fast Web Installer, Titanium Backup Pro, others) to either upgrade, install, or restore applications.

My apps are frozen and I'm tired of hearing the same old methods to fix things. I'm not sure of the cause, but I think I'm going to do a clean install for a10t3 and try to restore all my apps from backups, see if it helps. Wish me luck.

Uninstall tibu pro and reinstall. Happened to me last night. You can always restore w tibu if play pen is hosed.

how do you manually change the icons? replaced the camera with the default browser no image switched back to camera and no camera image.

This works. you can only display system icons, and the icons only appear when you touch the lock lens.

A103 works beautifully kraven. I run Zeam Launcher with it, and it is as smooth as silk. still no bt audio however.

Also, it seems to drain battery at an alarming rate. And is VERY touchy about chargers, unless my USB port is starting to go. the phone is 13 months old.

Other then that it works awesome.

Test results on A10d:

..... *sob* It's simply beautiful. Now I don't need to install Widgetlocker to have Lockscreen shortcuts.

The Battery Usage page works now. Before it wouldn't show me my usage at all. It's just as smooth as A10b. QR Codes don't scan still but I expect that to be an upstream common issue seeing as how we just got camera preview. I have not found any problems with running apps or Play Store and it seamlessly upgraded my SD-EXT Userdata (EDIT: Forgot to mention that I installed the SD-EXT mod) after I cleared the cache and restarted it.

OK, still had sync issue with many apps but calendar and mail were intolerable. So full wipe and fresh install. What a pain setting it all up again!!! We will see. Only have bare min of apps direct from PS.

Gmail sync / send all solved. Calendar sync and alarms seem to be, this evening event reminders will tell. Full wipe needed. Still a PITA.

Fresh install fixed almost all of my market issues. Installed alpha10 test 3 and HydroKernel pre04. Things are working pretty well. Hitting the road soon, will test some data on the way.

For VM users testing alpha 10.3, any observations? does the button fix at least work? are you able to get radio without the "VMfix"?

I haven't had a chance to test yet because I'm at work, so I'm just curious.

Search thekraven posts here and cm7 thread, known issue. I use friendcaster and it works but you need an add on for std fb app. I think its a cm issue. Pain to search in tapatalk I tried.

I've been having an interesting issue with Alpha 9 the past few days. For the first few days I had it installed everything worked just how it was supposed to. Then suddenly the wi-fi stopped working. It just won't enable. When I revert to CM7.2 the wi-fi works perfectly. Regardless of what kernel I use, or how many times I format and reinstall, it just won't work in A9 anymore. Anyone have any suggestions?

I seem to always have weird issues with custom ROMs. I've managed to get the wi-fi working using the stock kernel (installed with a9d) but installing any other kernel breaks it completely (stuck trying to initialize the wifi). I've tried the latest iScream, HydroKernel pre3 and pre4, and kraven's test2 and test5 kernels. None of them work for some reason. They all boot just fine, and everything else works, but the wi-fi is stuck.
