I tried building from different repos and getting the similar error most of the time.
Last night, i tried my luck with Bob'z repo and got this error. Can anyone help me with this?
I posted it in the OV forum but thought not all people from here might check that. so,...

Thanks for replying bro. I actually installed the whole OS again with more swap and Sun Java this time.
At school right now, will post the result when I get home.

From what I read, kill comes when you are out of memory and swap. I used to get that when my swap was too small. I usually run 2 gb ram and 1 gb swap. I increase it to 2 gb swap for cm9

If you look on page 6 of the building iho thread, some encountered it due to a bad sync.
