"-removed wifi tether (get FoxFi from the market)" (changelog 1.3)

app not in market for me. found it via google, says it isn't compatible with lgels670.

has anyone tried this to see if it did work or have any idea if it will hurt to try it?
    or an alternate app?

    thanks in advance
Just pulled this up from your link, it said incompatible. Further down it gave link to install it for Sprint users. Using it now to post this.

Just updated to your new normal clock mod. Did you take away no frills overclocking capabilities? I can no longer overclock

It works for me. Used your link, it said it was incompatible. Further down was a link to install from. I believe it was FoxFi Installer. Configured it and it worked.

It has been reported that it does in fact work well with our phone, not sure why it says that in the market.

No, that mod has nothing to do with OC capabilities. Reflash your kernel.

Look up the app from your pc and Read the "what's new" section of the app, says sprint removed the app from the market, lmao. That means it works!

There is a direct download link there now. Too funny!

I did the same rooting sequence to my wifes phone but her build number is different than mine, mine states Gingerom, but her build number says ZVJ and then some numbers after it. Why would this be?

i see what i did wrong, the ginger rom clock update was just a update and not the whole rom. So can i install the full ginger rom and then install the update over that, or should i transfer the updated clock files to the original rom then flash?

That's only a mod to apply of your already running gingerrom. You need to flash the actual rom posted in the OP (first post)

Right, ok you figured it out. Just flash the rom first and then anything I post in post #2 can be flashed afterward.

That's right! Thanks telemike. I bet the workaround for that is to simply disable roam guard in settings, anyone wanna test?

You'll have to experiment to find the phones' max. It's different between every bodies phones. My first OptiS would max at 825, but the one I'm on now maxes out at 748.

I used to keep my minimum at 245, but I'm trying 320 to check responsiveness out of sleep.
