So today my volume and music was working fine until the music started to skip. Now the music has no audio, no phone ring tones. When I look into logcat it says parsing error audiofilter.csv. How do I fix it? Any help is appreciated .
Forgot to mention I'm using CAI from. But I have also had the same problem on kravens cm7 and reborn.
Here's a screen shot of the logcat

Re: Audio Error

Parse errors generally come when the code is broken or incorrect. In your case, I would say that I think something has been corrupted during a rewrite of some system data or something that the phone does often. I would back up everything and do a clean install of your current or a new ROM and see if that works. If you don't want to backup all your data, I would boot into recovery and wipe, your cache and dalvik cache and see if that works.

Tried clearing cache and dalvik cache. Reflashed Rom, rebooted, etc. Still no change.

That isn't a clean install. Clean install would be backing up your SD, wiping system, data, boot, cache, dalvik, and sdext (I also wipe my SD card and push my rom zip via adb but that is probably overkill.)

I've done the clean install as well by wiping all that. But I still get the error

Try making a nandroid, redownloading the ROM and Gapps, wiping everything, installing the ROM, and than see what happens.

ok, you use different roms, different media players and get the same error. I would bet that you A) aren't doing clean installs or 2) restoring apps and data with your backup program. If you are doing clean installs and not restoring data, then I would assume a hardware issue.

Yeah I'm thinking most likely a hardware issue. Clean installs haven't worked and neither has reverting back to stock.
Guess its time to bring to a sprint store.
