Kernal Governors

With CAI, i get a choice for savegZen and get great battery life. Is there anyway I can get that governor with other kernals? Or just the one with CAI alpha 11D.

Only if the Kernel and the OS support it..

Not the OS, just the kernel. HydroKernel supports the SavagedZen governor.

I think is the best, most comprehensive list of governors and descriptions that I've seen. It can't tell you what kernels support which governors, but it can tell you pretty much anything about the governors your kernel does include.

Fair. Posted it mostly because I hadn't even noticed SavagedZen in the available list of governors, had no idea how it related to other options. Figured someone else would get some useful info from the link as well. It's REALLY comprehensive and descriptive; the poster brought in a lot of different sources when compiling the list.

If you don't need it personally, pass on by.
