Boot Animation Help Creating

I have a jpg picture I would like to make into a Boot Animation for the start up, it's just a simple picture, it does not animate. I don't want to animate it, just to use as a simple logo for the boot. I would like it to last 30 seconds. So I need a bootanimation.zip outcome file.

The first one is for XDA. That one will probably have the best tutorial. to that page just in case.

^ This. Also:

1. The boot animation will run for as long as it takes for your phone to boot. You can't control that.

2. That image is copyrighted material, so any boot animation you create cannot be posted.
