    Default Flashing OV ROMs?

I know you're supposed to be able to flash OV ROMs on an Optimus S and be able to get it to boot at least... but I can't even get this ROM to boot.

[ROM][4/05/12][4.0.3]MIUIv4 for OV! By Team A.P.P

It says that the first boot apparently takes forever, but I left it alone for about half an hour, and it was still at the silver LG logo, so I think it refuses to boot :P

Help getting this to flash? I'd try the Optimus S build of this ROM, but the OV version seems MUCH more stable...

Don't flash it. That rom is extremely out of date with ICS source. Maybe ill try to get one booted.

Which one? The OV or the OS version? I might try this as a first port challenge... I've been looking for something like this to try

I wouldn't recommend flashing anything in that subsection, there is a reason those are archived.

^This. The archived section just means that there's no active devving on it. That includes Froyo ROMs.

Fine, but the OP was asking about Optimus V ROMs, not Optimus S ROMs.
