fix mms on V roms

To fix the mms problem on a rom optimized for the optimus v can we just switch out the mms.apk file with one that works on our phone?

I switched the apks and the messaging app worked i just couldnt get mms

Also some build prop edits

Virgin Mobile needs to be Sprint
And 311490 needs to be 310120

That's for cdma-home-operator-alpha and numeric

Edit: I'd also replace them anywhere else mentioned in the build prop

Where do i get the file for the build prop or whatever cause ive never messed with that before

Puild.prop is in /system of your ROM. Open it with notepad++ to make edits

...And ONLY notepad++. The regular notepad shipped with windows doesn't support the format that most of the editable files (in android) use.

Not sure... I would just so you know if it's not working its not the apk. What rom are you trying for anyway? If it's cm7 EarthnFire78 just released for LS670
