I semi-bricked the phone, any help?

I wiped everything on accident including the whole system, I can't go into recovery I did manage to get into Emergency mode, and when I turned it on before it stayed at the LG logo.

Power off, vol down home and power doesn't bring you to recovery? I honestly don't know how you did that. You will need to use kp500 or kdz to restore. Hopefully some can help you there as don't know those tools

I found a way, I just installed a OV kdz and used that and it put virgin mobile optimus v software on my phone, from there I could access adb, and I was able to root and install a recovery, I have yet to get the official LG software back on there but I did just go straight to COLD AS ICE rom.
