Fixing - denying permissions from the rom

My old phone was Cyanogen based and had the ability to deny permissions from the rom. I'm running DanteRom v4 with COT recovery and was wondering if there is a rom that can deny permissions or an app that does that.

There is one on the play store called permissions denied. It does what you're asking for, although you'd have to buy the app for $5 to unlock the entire thing, but there is a free version.
