Help!!! I bricked optimus s

I really really need help! I bricked my optimus s today and don't know what to do. This is what happened- i had the thunder recovery installed and went to flash clockworkmod, using rom manager and under rom manager i picked the ascend since i thought it was closer to optimus. It said the recovery was downloaded successfully so i booted into recovery and just got a black screen. I deleted both recoveries off my sd card thinking this would give me my stock recovery, when that didn't work i deleted the roms i had and when that didn't work, i used the factory reset under privacy and that bricked my phone...now my phone gets stuck at the lg screen when i turn it on and if i boot into recovery, it's just a black screen. Please help asap

Rom manager does not work with optimus.

read the unbrick methods.

factory reset is stickied and will brick a phone with custom recovery.

How do you get it to work again? I can't do anything. No recovery and the phone won't go past saying android
