You can't be rooted, have a custom recovery, or a custom ROM... You must be completely back to factory before trying. Make sure you have none of the listed and are totally stock before trying...

my stock is gone. ;; I did a nandroid backup..... does that count?

Restore your stock nandroid, if that's what you have. Then it should work

Okay, I've just learned that YOU CAN be rooted and have a custom recovery. Just have below VD. You say you have V9... hmm...
Maybe something to do with you being flashed to Cricket? I'm not sure why it would say that...
