Is anyone else having issues with gmail syncing on time after the Gingerbread update? Often I will not get new email notifications until hours after they were sent. I can temporarily fix this problem by clearing all data in gmail but the problem eventually resurfaces.

In addition, after a few days my installed market apps disappear in the market and require a force stop of the market and a wipe of market data to show up again.

Has anyone else encountered this problem or have a long term solution to this?

I haven't seen anyone else with these issues... Factory reset should clear it up.

If you did take the update and are having issues, you can now be flashed back to Froyo until LG releases a fix - just take it to any Sprint store that does service/repair, or PM me for the file.
