    Lightbulb x64 Drivers ??

    any of you 'S' guys have driver/s for Windows 7 x64 ???
could use a link or something

also, once the drivers are installed correctly, how do I expose the phone? like, I want to open it up, every folder, just like any other device.
just sold a garminfone and one thing good about that one - it just literally plugged/played under Windows. Garmin did a good job of that. nothing to download, just stick in the usb cable.

i have the optimus drivers loaded right for win xp 32-bit, device connected without issues, but it shows up as a stack of usb devices, not as a drive/drives.

Have you tried downloading the LG Support Tool?

It will get you all the drivers you need, then when plugged in with USB you will have to set your phone to "Turn on USB storage" to transfer files between your system and the phones SD card.

the 'tool' itself won't work on windows 7 x64, apparently.
works ok on Win XP 32-bit except it did not bring the "PC Sync" applet with it. I still haven't located such a thing but it may be irrelevant. I'm more comfortable just exposing the folders and dealing with it as a device on the pc. But my go-to rig is X64 Win7 Ultimate, and nothing of theirs so far has worked on it.

It's worked for me for adb access, getting on to the SD card, etc. Been working on Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit.

Though I've never seen an app that let you view your phone's folders, unless you mean the SD card, which the phone does even without the drivers.

the tool misinstalled on Win7. did not deal with the drivers properly.

if you're knowledgeable of techstuff - is there a way to crack open their executable so I could just peel the drivers out of there? I'm guessing the answer is 'depends'... depends on how the executable is structured. I could view the interior using peazip, spoofing it by changing the extension, but I could not locate a driver. but that was all 32b code anyway

Was going to link that originally but did not use it personally, though that is the same file you can get if you went to LG's website and searched for the phone.

Regretfully, this link is no longer valid.

But there is a new one that seems to be providing the same:

The LG tool works for me on Windows 7 x64. Go to this LG page if you dont want to download and install the tool.

Then click where it says "click here to download your mobile driver". Scroll down to Sprint and click LGALS670 for the driver package. This installed 64bit drivers for me.

Which drivers are you using that you needed to disable signature enforcement?

No i search LG support for the LGLS670 which is our phone and use the official drivers and they require no signature turn off. Do the Optimus One drivers have some benefit over the specific 670 (opti S) ones?

I was trying to find out why people aren't using the official drivers specifically for the 670 is all. People are using Optimus One drivers and such, but do they offer some other benefit?

Uninstall reboot the computer, then download and reinstall the drivers.
