How Do I manually update my PRL on my rooted Optimus S (w/ CM 7)?

I recently made the leap and rooted my Optimus S phone. I'm loving except for the fact that it seems my 3g connection is worse than it was before. When I stream music (using Winamp) at work, it plays for around 8 seconds and then cuts out for a minute and then plays for another 8 seconds. I never had this problem before.

So, I'm in the midst of trying to fix and want to update my PRL. However, CM 7 doesn't make it as easy as the stock ROM did.

Thus, I'm going to break my posting cherry and ask if anyone knows how to update my PRL file manually.

Any help would be appreciated.

Reboot to recovery, make a nandroid backup. Wipe /system, data, cache, dalvik. Flash Nameless. Reboot into Nameless. Update PRL. Reboot recovery. Nandroid restore your CM7 backup.

You can't update PRL from inside CM7, Sprint provisioning won't work.

I think you can also use CDMA Workshop to update your prl. I hear that the demo will update it. But I am not sure about with CM7.
