I am having issues connecting to the wifi network at my job that I am posting from on my laptop it seems the only way I can get wifi is with connectify beamed from my laptop. My web os Palm Pixi Plus has no such problem. It connected to wifi at the mall, at wendy's but not here.

Probably not what's going on, but does your work ONLY provide wifi over N technology? If so, the Optimus wouldn't be able to connect. Does it SEE the wifi access but just refuse to connect?

Very odd. Have you talked to anyone at work about a permission? Some IT dept's set the office wifi up to only accept specific devices. Other than that...just weird.

I use to have the same problem with my home network before i switched to custom ROMs, unless it is as complicated as outdors21 said, for me a quick reboot would fix it for a while (then it starts again and you have to reboot......again)

it is not as complex as outdoors21 said we don't have an IT guy so I think the routers should just be on their default settings though the SSID was changed. I guess I will just root the phone might as well anyways.
