Help!!!!! I crashed my phone

Sorry guys my phone is LG Phoenix (P505R), I tried to flash it with the jelly bean, it was successful but no network. Then I googled about that, I realized I don't have a baseband, somehow I downloaded a kernel (i forgot which version) and tried to install it. And HERE WE GO, MY PHONE DIED RIGHT THERE. I know I might installed a wrong kernel, so now when I tried to boot (with volume- and shut down button and home button) my phone, while connecting to my computer without the battery, the only screen it shows is here
