white LG/p895 optimus vu wont turn on/nor indicate charge. beggin for a lil help

its an LG p-895 optimus vu white. it wont turn on or say that its charging. I plug it into the laptop and a note pops up "USB not recognized device malfunctioned and windows cant read it" idk i tried charging it a while and hard reseting it. (power/lock key and volume down) i think thats right. and still nada. its not an LG charger idk if thats jackin with it or not. its just a generic mini usb. if thats right..... so idk if theres another little trick. if anybody knows about this thing please please save my face goin through a wall.

Welcome to Android Central! When you plug it into a wall outlet, does anything happen at all? Does an LED notification light come on? If the phone seems completely dead, then the possibilities include a faulty charging cable/wall charging plug, a faulty microUSB port, a dead battery, or a faulty motherboard. The only thing you can test is a different cable/plug. Otherwise, you'd have to bring it to a repair shop for further diagnosis.

Hay ...do you find your solution... Then please help me....I am facing the same problems right now...
