Problems with lte data uploads

I was performing speed tests with only mobile and only Wifi, to my surprise the mobile upload was almost nil, .2-.5 mbps I tried this with my partners g4 received 1.2 - 1.75 mbps we were sitting next to each other.
Ill post a screen shot tomorrow, has anyone tried this?
Note: I have advanced calling enabled

There is defently something wrong

Wifi only numbers were ok.

I just left AT&T because of speeds like you mentioned. Switched to Verizon and totally different!!! LG V10.

I am On verizon I should have mentioned this.
And if you read my initial thread you'd see we had 2 very different numbers between a G4 and V10

I am on AT&T and am getting pretty excellent data upload and download speeds.

When I had the G4 it had horrible data speeds. I do believe the V10 speeds much better. G4, for me, was typical of 3.45 down and 1.20 up. Also, it could depend where you are located, what kind of speeds your phone's getting off Verizon. Lot of factors involved.
