Filling the background with a 16:9 image plus blur...

Hey all,

I'd like to set a 16:9 photo as the background on my LG v10 without cropping the image. I know there are instagram apps that take a widescreen photo and auto blur the background so it's in a 4:3 ratio, but I would like an app that does the same thing, but the blur extends up and down so it would fill a portrait home screen.

There are also other wallpaper setting apps thatwt me size the photo and add a solid color background to fill, but I want that blur effect...

It's like each app ALMOST does what I need, but I need an app that does both!

Anyone ideas? Thanks!

Thanks. There seems to be a free version by another name by the same company. I couldn't figure it out for portrait mode. Maybe the paid app you mentioned makes the difference.
