How to report Lg V10 Android 6 problem?

Hi,

After i update to Android 6. I found some problem on my phone:

Sometimes, i play game but speaker near lg logo does not work. It work on speaker near the proximity sensore.

One bank apps have USSD request on phone but it doesnt show on my phone.

These problem work perfect on Android 5.1.

Anyone have same problem with me? I dont know how to restore back to 5.1 now.

My phone is F600S (local Korea version)

Have you tried doing a factory reset? That's normally recomended after an OS update. I always have some small glitches after the upgrade. Reseting the device typically fixed it.

Hi,

I already done that for 2 times but nothing fixed. The sound some time play well and sometimes have that problem. After i reset the OS, the problem fixed as temporary but it will happen again.
