Video Calling not working

My son's S6 just got updated to 6.0.1.
So he turned on Video Calling. I turned on my Video Calling as well.
We tried to make a call, but fails to do a Video Call from either side.
HD Voice Calling works just fine.

Anybody ever got this to work on AT&T Network?

Have you tried it on WiFi? I was able to complete a video call between V10 and Note 5 in WiFi

The S6 was at home on WiFi, I was on mobile network. I'm gonna try tonight on WiFi when I get home. But it shouldn't make a difference really.

Just tried at home on WiFi. That crap doesn't work.

According to AT&T, the S6 is not a supported device. The S6 Active is, but not the standard S6. https://www.att.com/shop/wireless/features/video-calling.html

Now there is a possibility that list is not complete cause of the update. However, there are also a list of possibilities/conditions of it working. Check out the FAQ in the link above. Keep us posted.
