fast charging Verizon vs ATT model

Has anyone seen an issue with the fast charging on the ATT variant. I have a Verizon v10 just switched to ATT. I'm using my Verizon phone still but my wife got a brand new V10 ATT model. They "fast charge" at very different rates. After 5 minutes the Verizon phone charged 12% the ATT model only charged 3% I've been watching this and its consistent. Tried switching the chargers same thing. Anyone have similar issues? Thank you

Are there any specific running processes on the slower charging phone, such as apps, location services, bluetooth, wifi, etc?

No. We shut down all none essentials and disabled bloatware

I love my v10 but lg is horrible when it comes to charging. I was connected to a fast charger earlier today and I watched out continue to drop

Just tried it again. Both phones were at 50% on the nose. Plugged then in both showed "fast charging". Left them alone and came back awhile later. Verizon phone 73% ATT phone 58%??????
