New Battery Question

So I ordered a new battery. After first charge it showed as 95% second time shows 97%, I had to remove the battery and replace it twice (1st time registered @ 29%). Am I missing something or does the new battery need time to adjust? (charging the battery in the cradle).

ETA: the original battery charged fine (twice as of this post)

ETA: I have Google talkback as an update in the play Store. I do not want this at all but can't figure out how to Uninstall or disable it.. Help

Not sure about the battery, but for talkback, you can go into your application manager, select talkback and disable it. I've had it disabled since the first day with no problems.

Doesn't show up there. I've gone in under accessibility to ensure nothing is turned on. Not sure why the update or what's going on with that.
