After putting a number of hours on mine, I'm thinking I can tell some improvement. I don't think they have a full 24 hr of use on them yet, but the bass definitely sounded much more balanced the other day. I still can't get over how crisp they sound, even if it's a little overriding the rest of the sound.

All I can say is WOW! Listening to "Halo On Fire" by Metallica with the B&Os. Sounds SO good. What a step up from your typical low budget phones. It would have been nice if these were just included in the package. That's the kind of bonus that might sway purchases to LG. The process to receive these was pretty annoying (for me at least). I also got my $200 discount from LG finally. All in all, happy with the V20 and incentives. The only negative is finding a good glass screen protector.

So far so good. I think the sound is excellent. I'm not an audiophile but I can tell a big difference between these and other headphones and earbuds I have. Choosing the best fitting rubber pieces makes quite a difference as well.

Has anyone else have their b&o play headphones play mostly just out of the left ear? My right side goes low volume to loud back to low. Guess they are defective.

Lol nope. My ears are clean thank you. You can hear it in the speaker. Its like I'm I'm hitting the volume button up and down but I'm not.

Make sure they are fully plugged in (I made this mistake the first time due to the amount of effort it took).
